Deluxe Clubs Bingo Rules

1. Members must be over 18 years of age.
   
2. To become a member you must register at our website and adhere to our terms and conditions. Deluxe Clubs Bingo.com is entitled to reject or cancel a membership at any time without giving notice.
   
3. Deluxe Clubs Bingo.com, its servants and agents shall not be liable to any member for any loss, damage or injury suffered by them or their property however caused save for negligence on Deluxe Clubs Bingo.com's part.
   
4. Players play on the express understanding that Deluxe Clubs Bingo, its servants and agents are not held responsible if results and/or prizes are affected by the failure of equipment, the misprinting or incorrect provision of books or tickets or boards, the failure of employees or other staff to perform duties or the actions whether improper or otherwise of third parties. On any such occurrence, Deluxe Clubs Bingo.com decision is to be binding upon the players notwithstanding any statement/s made by its servants or agents prior to or subsequent to Deluxe Clubs Bingo.com's decision. In the event of such occurrence happening all prizes awarded are subject to re-scrutiny and any player who received a prize undertakes to refund it if, in Deluxe Clubs Bingo.com's opinion it has been incorrectly awarded.
   
5. The management of Deluxe Clubs Bingo reserve the right to withhold payment to any player pending verification of the player's identity.
   
6. All players must fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form before Deluxe Clubs Bingo shall process any winnings payouts to a player's Credit Card account.
   
7. Only one account per person is permitted. Anyone found with more than one account will have any deposits credited to their card and any winnings returned to the game. The additional account(s) will be terminated.
   
8. All information given in registering onto the Deluxe Clubs Bingo site must be entirely accurate. Any discrepancies may result in the account being terminated. If cheques are returned because of Addressing errors any ultimate re-issuing may result in a levy of £10.00 being charged against the corresponding players account.
   
9. Under NO circumstances can credit cards be used that do not belong to the account holder. Failure to abide by this rule may result in legal proceedings.
   
10. Deluxe Clubs Bingo welcomes all players into its chat room but asks that everyone co-operates and follow the general rules of conduct. These have been set up to avoid unnecessary and defamatory remarks that can cause offence and can be seen by clicking here.
    
11. Upon an appropriate investigation anyone shown to have been in violation of these rules will have their account suspended. We thank you for your assistance in this measure.
    
12. For a match deposit promotion i.e. "Happy Hour" a player can deposit a specified amount and that amount will be matched by our Support team. The player must then completely play through the initial deposit and the Bonus money. Bonus money may only be used to be staked on the site during bingo, slots or videopoker. Bonus money may not be cashed out, if a player withdraws all or part of a Bonus money deposit then the request will not be accepted. However, all winnings earned by playing with Bonus money are valid and may be either withdrawn after these wagering requirements are met or used to play further games.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PLAYING BINGO

1. Players must have registered their correct details and made a deposit to play and claim prizes.
   
2. As soon as the Caller begins to announce a number it is deemed called.
   
3. Bingo is played in "Autoplay" mode, whereby a claim is made by our servers on your behalf if you have any tickets or boards in play and you will be notified of winning any prize.
   
4. Where more than one game is played on the same ticket, the 2nd game cannot be won until the first game has ended ad at least 1 further number has been called.
   
5. Ticket sharing and /or prize sharing arrangements are not recognised or permitted.
   
6. The purchase of all cards is final.
   

RULES OF PLAYING BINGO

1. At the start of each game the Caller will confirm the type of game and which winning combination must be completed to win.
   
2. Our random number generator will select and number that will be displayed on the indicator board and will be announced by the caller.
   
3. In the event of a discrepancy the number shown on the indicator board shall prevail over that announced by the caller.
   
4. If the number called appears on the combination in play, the game will mark off that number.
   
5. When a winning combination occurs, our servers will announce the winning combination which will be confirmed by the caller.
   
6. If more than one player claims the prize, the prize will be divided equally.
   
7. In the event of an equipment breakdown which prohibits the continuation of a game in progress, the game will be cancelled and all purchases refunded to members accounts.
   
8. In the case of any dispute, the decision of the Duty Manager is final.
